Private lessons may begin at any time of the year during the 17-week Fall or Spring semesters or summer session. There are some instruments that are taught daily, but others only one or two days a week. We welcome questions and consultations regarding which instrument(s) to study and the type of instruction that might be most appropriate. Our wonderful instructors are introduced under the Faculty page.

Registration obligates the student to complete the semester. Your registration reserves your teacher’s time during the year at that specific time period each week, regardless of student non-attendance, vacation, field trips, school music obligations, sports, etc. Cases of extended illness will be handled on an individual basis.

Group classes  generally start  at the beginning of a semester (in September or February).  We are happy to add your name to a waiting list at other times of the year.

How to register:

Current students wishing to keep their previous time slot have priority for the Fall 2017 semester by paying the $125 deposit online by August 14, 2017.

*Your online payment signifies that you agree to the terms outlined in the CMS Media Release Policy and in the  2017-18 CMS Policy Handbook.
